Can someone tell me what the C:Windows\CSC\v2.0.6\temp folder is for please?

CSC folder is for offline files.

I've hit a problem with a third party supplier of data encryption services where when a user deletes a file, the offline copy or perhaps the pointer to the offline copy does not does. The solution they've offered is to not encrypt this folder and I am dubious about that. I was wondering if this folder actually contains the offline files or a pointer to them.g_mac
